Fw 190 A/F fin skin in original colours, Aviation Museum Prague-Kbely.
Just two photos but highly interesting. This is nothing more than a sheet of skin from late war Fw 190 A/F tail fin. A swastika in its final simplified form is visible. What is a point here - the lighter duck egg grey background colour is matched with middle grey, perfectly matching what we all know as RLM 75. It is a not commonly portrayed set - late war yellowish grey often called as late war RLM 76 or incorrectly RLM 99 next to old fighter camouflage palette of greys (RLM 75 here).

BMW 801 TD-2, Fw 190 Power unit
The BMW 801 TD-2 power unit, a Triebwerkanlage powering late war Fw 190 A-8 or F-8. Wears what I believe is orignal finish and rust over steel oil tank and cooler armor. Another cool Kbely Museum exhibit. It is a pity that whole thing is so hidden in the corner and I could not take photos of the rear "business end" with Kommandogerat, exhaust and Kompressor. Maybe next time?

Avia CS-199, Aviation Museum Prague-Kbely
This beautifuly preserved two seater is the only Avia trainer left.
Basicaly Czech designers based on original German development of Bf 109 G-12 trainer and modified it a little. Despite of new Jumo engine Czech trainer is equipped with redesigned canopy section with streamlined fairing. I had no chance to come a little closer as Museum staff did not allow me to take more photos.
Quite strange as I had no problem to take walkaround photos in Kraków, Munich or Hendon. Kbely is more difficult here.
