Avia CS-199, Aviation Museum Prague-Kbely

This beautifuly preserved two seater is the only Avia trainer left. Basicaly Czech designers based on original German development of Bf 109 G-12 trainer and modified it a little. Despite of new Jumo engine Czech trainer is equipped with redesigned canopy section with streamlined fairing. I had no chance to come a little closer as Museum staff did not allow me to take more photos. Quite strange as I had no problem to take walkaround photos in Kraków, Munich or Hendon. Kbely is more difficult here.
